Learn exercises with foot wedges to wake up your feet & train them to move fluidly from the low to high arched foot shapes.
Learning to bear weight through a proper tripod is an important concept. But it's hard to actually do this until you learn how to use wedges to assist. This helsp you feel more stable & unlocks healthy movement.
Wedges will be available to use during class & may be purchased.

I was about two to three weeks into the program & I noticed how much better my posture was, and I was able to start running again without knee or achilles pain
Running without any inserts! I was able to do a 1/2 mile walk, run 3.25 miles and a .25 mile walk to cool down. Minimal knee pain and no foot or ankle pain.
