I was about two to three weeks into the program & I noticed how much better my posture was, and I was able to start running again without knee or achilles pain
Running without any inserts! I was able to do a 1/2 mile walk, run 3.25 miles and a .25 mile walk to cool down. Minimal knee pain and no foot or ankle pain.
